We want you to feel confident ordering from The Pineapple Society. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it. You may return most unused, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, subject to the terms below. Start a return by emailing Thepineapplesociety1@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method (or store credit if you choose) within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you need a different size, we offer one size exchange per apparel item within 30 days. Items must be unworn and unwashed. You cover return shipping; we cover shipping the replacement once. This exchange option is designed to remove the “I’m afraid it won’t fit” hesitation.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a photo of the shipping label. We will replace the item at no cost or refund it.
Items Not Eligible for Return: For hygiene and safety reasons, adult products/toys, lubricants, and other intimate items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Gift cards are non-refundable. Limited drops or clearance items may be final sale and will be marked as such on the product page.
Shipping Issues: If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace or refund after the carrier investigation. If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate it, check with neighbors/building staff and the carrier first, then contact us and we’ll help. Incorrect or incomplete addresses that result in return-to-sender can be reshipped once received back; reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Changes/Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel an order, email us immediately. If production has not started, we’ll do our best to help. Once an item is in production or shipped, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.
