We do not personally handle or ship products from our own facilities. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree that fulfillment, packaging, and delivery are managed by these independent providers.

 

Orders are processed automatically after payment confirmation. Processing times vary depending on product type, availability, and the fulfillment partner’s schedule. Typical production time is 2–7 business days, though this may vary during holidays or high-volume periods. Shipping times are estimated by the fulfillment provider and generally range from 3–10 business days for domestic orders and 10–20 business days for international shipments.

 

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information (when available) will be provided via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, or lost packages resulting from incorrect shipping addresses or carrier errors.
