All sales through The Pineapple Society are final. Because all products are printed, produced, and shipped through independent third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partners, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction once an order has been placed. Each product is custom-made to order, and production begins immediately after purchase.
Refunds or replacements may be approved only under the following limited circumstances:
• The product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
• The product received does not match the order placed.
• The item is lost in transit and confirmed as undeliverable by the carrier.
If any of these situations apply, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving (or expected receipt of) your order. Include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. Send all correspondence to thepineapplesociety1@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
Once we receive your claim, we will coordinate directly with the fulfillment partner to verify the issue. Approved claims will result in a replacement product or refund, issued according to the fulfillment partner’s policies. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method; processing time depends on your financial institution.
We are not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, delayed delivery due to carrier or customs issues, or damage resulting from mishandling after delivery.
